কলকাতা থেকে মাত্র ঘন্টা খানেকের দূরত্বে বজবজের কাছে সবুজ গাছগাছালির মাঝে হেরিটেজ গ্রাম হলো এই বাওয়ালি। দূরত্ব মাত্র ৩০ কিলোমিটারের মতো। এই হেরিটেজ গ্রামে আসলে প্রায় তিনশো বছরের পুরোনো একটি গোপীনাথ জীউ এর নবরত্ন মন্দির, তিনটি বাংলার সাবেকি আটচালা স্টাইলের রাধাকান্ত জীউ, শ্যামসুন্দর জীউ, এবং লক্ষ্মীজনার্দন জীউ এর মন্দির সঙ্গে নাটমঞ্চ, রাসমঞ্চ, জলটুঙ্গী আর সমসাময়িক কালের নানা স্হাপত্যর একদিনেই ঘুরে দেখা যায়। এছাড়া এই মন্দিরগুলোর পাশেই আছে বাওয়ালির মন্ডলদের তৈরী প্রায় আড়াইশো বছরের পুরোনো বাওয়ালি রাজবাড়ি। এই বাওয়ালি রাজবাড়িতে লাঞ্চ থেকে রাত্রিযাপন সবই করা যায়। তবে তার জন্যল রাজবাড়ির নিজস্ব ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অগ্রিম বুকিং করতে হয়। তবেই কিন্তু মেলে রাজবাড়িতে প্রবেশের অনুমতি। তাই দু'দিন অথবা একদিনের ছুটিতে কলকাতার খুব কাছের এই হেরিটেজ গ্রাম সেই সঙ্গে এই হেরিটেজ রাজবাড়ির আতিথেয়তাও খুব সহজে উপভোগ করা যায়। কিভাবে এটা সম্ভব তার সমস্ত বিবরণই দেওয়া আছে এই ভিডিওটিতে। তাই ইতিহাসের পাতায় একটা দিন ডুব দিতে চাইলে অবশ্য্ই ভিডিওটা দেখুন শেষ পর্যন্ত। ধন্যবাদ ।।
Bawali is a heritage village nestled in the greenery near Budge Budge, just an hour's drive from Kolkata. The distance is only 30 km. In this heritage village there is actually a Navaratna temple of Gopinath Jiu which is about three hundred years old, three ancient Atchala styles of Bengal Radhakanta Jiu, Shya Masundar Jiu, and Laxmijanardan Jiu temple. With Natmancha, Rasmancha, Jaltungi and various contemporary architectures can be seen in one day. Besides these temples, there is a two and a half hundred year old Bawali Palace or Rajbari built by the Bawali mandals. Everything from lunch to dinner can be done at this Bawali Palace or Rajbari. However, he has to book in advance from Rajbari's own website. So The hospitality of this heritage village very close to Kolkata as well as the hospitality of this heritage palace can be easily enjoyed on a two day or one day vacation.
